CBSE officially released the CTET 2026 (September Session) notification on 11 May 2026

CTET stands for Central Teacher Eligibility Test

CTET is conducted for teaching eligibility in Classes 1 to 8

The CTET September 2026 exam will be held on 6 September 2026

The online application process started on 11 May 2026

Candidates can apply online till 10 June 2026

CTET 2026 will be conducted in offline pen-and-paper mode

Each CTET paper will have a duration of 2 hours 30 minutes

Paper 1 is for Classes 1 to 5 teaching eligibility

Paper 2 is for Classes 6 to 8 teaching eligibility

Apply online now at ctet.nic.in before the last date
