#1 Solomon Islands — 81.2%

#2 Madagascar — 80.2%

About 80.2% of women aged 15+ were employed.

#3 Burundi — 78.9%

Burundi recorded a female employment-to-population ratio of 78.9%.

#4 Tanzania — 78.5%

The female employment-to-population ratio reached 78.5%.

#5 Nigeria — 77.6%

Nigeria recorded a rate of 77.6% among women aged 15 and above.

#6 Cambodia — 77.2%

Cambodia had a female employment-to-population ratio of 77.2%.

#7 North Korea — 74.9%

The reported 2025 modelled estimate was 74.9%.

#8 Benin — 74.1%

Benin recorded a female employment-to-population ratio of 74.1%.

#9 Uganda — 73.1%
