Which is the best time to study?
1. Morning (6 AM - 10 AM): Fresh mind, High concentration and memory retention.
2. Late Morning to Early Afternoon (10 AM - 2 PM): High energy levels and focus. Afternoon slump can begin around 1-2 PM.
3. Afternoon (2 PM - 6 PM): Ideal for reviewing. Mental fatigue might start to set in, especially after a long day.
4. Evening (6 PM - 9 PM): If you're a night owl, your creativity and energy might peak in the evening, but it’s easy to feel tired.
5. Night (9 PM - Midnight): There are fewer distractions. For a night owl, this can be a productive time. But studying too late can interfere with sleep.
