UPSC Principal & Vice Principal Recruitment 2026: Apply for 828 Posts, Eligibility, Age Limit & CRT Details
UPSC has invited applications for Delhi Government Education Department posts.
A total of 828 vacancies will be filled through direct recruitment.
Vacancies: 124 Principal and 704 Vice Principal posts.
Online applications are open from July 25 to August 14, 2026.
Principal: Master's Degree, B.Ed. and 10 years of teaching experience required.
Vice Principal: Master's Degree, B.Ed. and 2–3 years of teaching experience required.
Principal age limit: 50 years for General category candidates.
Vice Principal age limit: 35 years for General category candidates.
Reserved category candidates are eligible for age relaxation as per rules.
The Combined Recruitment Test (CRT) is scheduled for November 1, 2026.
Eligible candidates can apply online through the UPSC ORA Portal before August 14, 2026.
