UPSC has released the Prelims 2026 Admit Cards online
Carry a printed admit card to the exam centre without fail
No admit card = No entry into the examination hall
Candidates can carry only a plain clipboard or hardboard
Only one black ballpoint pen is allowed for marking answers
Rough sheets will be provided inside the exam hall by invigilators
Books, notes, loose papers, and written material are strictly banned
Mobile phones, calculators, Bluetooth devices, and gadgets are prohibited
Violation of UPSC rules may lead to strict action or debarment
