SSC CHSL 2026 Notification: 2,536 Jobs, Eligibility, Apply Online & Last Date
Good news for candidates seeking Central Government jobs with an Intermediate qualification!
The Staff Selection Commission has released the SSC CHSL 2026 notification for Group-C posts.
Around 2,536 vacancies have been announced across various Central Government ministries and departments.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed Intermediate (10+2) or an equivalent qualification from a recognized board.
The last date to submit the online application is October 7, 2026.
The last date to pay the application fee is October 8, 2026.
Application correction window: October 14 to October 16, 2026.
Application Fee: General, OBC and EWS candidates need to pay ₹100.
Women, SC, ST, PwBD and eligible Ex-Servicemen candidates are exempted from the application fee.
Selection will involve Tier-1 and Tier-2 examinations, including CBT, subject tests, computer knowledge and skill/typing tests.
