Scholarship Offers Up to ₹6 Lakh — The programme can cover up to 90% of academic fees and eligible expenses, subject to a maximum of ₹6 lakh per student.

Four-Year Course Support — Financial assistance is available for eligible students pursuing professional degree programmes of up to four years.

Courses Covered — The scholarship supports meritorious students in Engineering, Medicine, STEM and Liberal Arts.

Who Can Apply? — Students domiciled in Odisha who have qualified NEET, JEE, JEE Advanced or CUET in the current year can apply.

Top Institutions Supported — Previous scholars have secured admission to institutions including AIIMS, IITs, IIITs, NITs and SCB Medical College.

Mentorship Through Utsaah — Selected scholars also receive structured mentorship covering academic excellence, career guidance, leadership and communication skills.

Focus on Overall Development — The Utsaah programme also supports areas such as mental well-being and personal development alongside academic guidance.

22nd Edition of the Scholarship — The scholarship was instituted in 2005 by IMFA and is named after eminent historian Prof Ghanashyam Dash.
