PM SVANidhi Scheme 2026: Street Vendors Get Loan & ₹30,000 Credit Card Benefits
Credit Card Up to ₹30,000 — Eligible street vendors can get a UPI-linked RuPay Credit Card with a limit of up to ₹30,000.
Scheme Extended Till 2030 — The restructured PM SVANidhi scheme has been extended until March 31, 2030.
1.15 Crore Vendors Targeted — The expanded scheme aims to benefit 1.15 crore street vendors, including 50 lakh new beneficiaries.
Collateral-Free Working Capital — PM SVANidhi helps eligible urban street vendors access formal credit without traditional collateral requirements.
78.68 Lakh Vendors Benefited — Since launch, vendors have accessed more than 1.18 crore loans worth around ₹19,171 crore.
Interest Subsidy Support — The government has released around ₹421 crore in interest subsidy to encourage timely loan repayment.
Digital Payments Get a Push — More than 57 lakh vendors have made over 908 crore digital transactions under the scheme.
Cashback Incentives Available — Digital adoption has been encouraged through cashback incentives, with ₹418.78 crore released so far.
Street Food Vendors Get Extra Support — The government plans to develop 50 Street Food Hubs, with financial assistance of up to ₹4 crore per hub.
Food Safety Training — More than 6 lakh street food vendors have received FSSAI training on food safety and hygiene.
Who Can Check PM SVANidhi? — Urban street vendors selling food, vegetables, clothes and other goods or services can check their eligibility through designated authorities and official scheme channels.
