JE Recruitment 2026: 262 Posts, Apply Online by September 9
Eligible candidates can apply online from September 1 to September 9, 2026 at sssb.punjab.gov.in.
The recruitment is being conducted by PSSSB under Advertisement No. 07 of 2026 for Group B Junior Engineer posts.
The 262 vacancies are available across Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering disciplines.
Candidates who applied during the original March-April window do not need to submit a fresh application.
The reopened application window is specifically for eligible candidates who missed the earlier registration opportunity.
Applicants must have a 3-year diploma or equivalent qualification in the relevant engineering discipline.
Candidates must also meet the prescribed Punjabi language qualification requirements for the recruitment.
The age limit is 18 to 37 years as on January 1, 2026, with relaxation for eligible reserved categories.
Selected candidates will receive Pay Level-6, with a starting salary of ₹35,400 per month.
Selection will include a written examination followed by document verification and a medical examination.
