APPSC Horticulture Officer Recruitment 2026: 37 Posts, Eligibility, Exam Pattern & Apply Online

Notification released for 37 Horticulture Officer vacancies in the Andhra Pradesh Horticulture Service.

Eligible candidates can apply online from October 6, 2026, to October 27, 2026, until 11:59 PM.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must have a 4-year B.Sc. or B.Sc. (Hons) in Horticulture from a recognised university or an ICAR-accredited institution.

Applications must be submitted online only through the official APPSC website within the prescribed dates.

The recruitment exam will be conducted in an objective multiple-choice format at the degree level.

Qualifying Test: General English – 50 questions and General Telugu – 50 questions, with 100 questions, 100 marks and 100 minutes

Paper I: General Studies & Mental Ability – 150 questions, 150 marks and 150 minutes.

Paper II & III: Horticulture-I and Horticulture-II – 150 questions and 150 marks each, with 150 minutes for each paper.

Important: Candidates must separately qualify in both General English and General Telugu; 1/3 mark will be deducted for every wrong answer.
