AP DSC Recruitment 2026: 2,721 Teacher Vacancies, Eligibility & Dates
Andhra Pradesh has announced 2,721 tentative vacancies across teaching and education-related posts.
The recruitment includes School Assistants, SGT, TGT, PGT and special education posts.
School Assistant: 906 vacancies; Secondary Grade Teacher (SGT): 1,205 vacancies.
Special Education: 150 School Assistants and 200 Secondary Grade Teachers.
Other Posts: 30 Principals, 81 PGTs and 113 TGTs.
Physical Education Vacancies: 2 Physical Directors and 34 Physical Education Teachers.
Detailed Notification: Expected by November 3, 2026; online application dates are yet to be announced.
Age Limit: 18–44 years; relaxation up to 49 years for SC/ST/BC candidates and 54 years for candidates with disabilities, as stated in the short notification.
Educational Qualification: Relevant Intermediate/Senior Secondary qualifications and prescribed elementary education diplomas or degrees may be required.
Application Fee: ₹750 online. Selection will be through a Computer-Based Test (CBT), with post-wise rules.
