RCFCL Recruitment 2026: Assistant Officer Posts, Salary Up to ₹1.20 Lakh

RCFCL Recruitment 2026 — Recruitment announced for 10 Assistant Officer (Secretarial) posts in E0 grade.

Apply by September 26 — Online applications opened on September 10 at 8 AM and will close on September 26 at 5 PM.

10 Vacancies Available — Posts include 6 General, 1 SC, 2 OBC-NCL and 1 EWS vacancy.

Who Can Apply? — Candidates need a regular full-time graduate degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks.

Alternative Qualification — Candidates with a two-year full-time postgraduate degree/diploma in Executive Assistant, Office Management, Secretarial Practice or a related field can also qualify, subject to the experience requirement.

Experience Requirement — Applicants using the postgraduate/diploma route must have at least 4 years of relevant post-graduation experience.

Age Limit — The maximum age is 32 years as on July 1, 2026. Reserved-category candidates will receive relaxation according to government norms.

Selection Process — Selection will involve application scrutiny, an online test, skill test and document verification.

Salary Up to ₹1.20 Lakh — Selected Assistant Officers will receive a monthly salary of ₹30,000 to ₹1,20,000, along with applicable benefits and allowances.

Application Fee — General/OBC-NCL/EWS candidates must pay ₹1,000 online.

Who Gets Fee Exemption? — SC, ST, PwD, women and departmental applicants are exempt from the application fee.
