Post-Matric Scholarship 2026-27: Apply Online, Eligibility & Last Date
Students from Class 11 and 12, graduation, post-graduation, diploma and other eligible courses can apply.
Eligible students from General, OBC, SC, ST and minority categories can receive scholarship and fee-related benefits under the scheme.
Fresh applications can be submitted from September 15 to October 31, 2026, while renewal applications are open until October 15.
Students must meet the prescribed income criteria, and their educational institution should be registered on the UP scholarship portal.
Annual family income should generally be up to ₹2 lakh for General, OBC and Minority students, and up to ₹2.50 lakh for SC and ST students.
Required documents include Aadhaar card, income and caste certificates, Aadhaar-linked bank passbook, fee receipt, enrollment number and previous marksheet.
To apply, visit scholarship.up.gov.in, complete OTR registration, choose Fresh or Renewal, fill in the details, upload documents and submit the form.
After submission, students can track their application through the Status section and should complete verification within the prescribed schedule.
