PM Internship Scheme 2026: Get ₹9,000 Monthly Stipend, Check Eligibility & Step-by-Step Online Application Process
The scheme offers 12 months of internship in India's top 500 companies.
Selected interns receive a ₹9,000 monthly stipend plus ₹6,000 one-time joining assistance.
Interns also get free insurance under PMJJBY and PMSBY schemes.
Eligible candidates must be 18–25 years old and currently unemployed.
Class 10, Class 12, ITI, Diploma, BA, BSc, BCom, BCA and similar qualified candidates can apply.
Applicant's family annual income must be below ₹12 lakh.
Government employees' family members and candidates from IIT, IIM, NLU, CA, CS, MBBS or PhD are not eligible.
Visit the PM Internship Portal (pminternship.mca.gov.in/login) and complete your registration with a mobile OTP.
Fill in your personal, education and skill details to generate your digital resume.
Choose your preferred city, sector and company, then apply for up to three internships.
Submit your application and wait for selection updates via SMS and email.
