Engineer Salary: ₹50,000 to ₹1,60,000 per month under IDA pay scale.

Eligibility: Full-time BE/BTech in Chemical Engineering with minimum 60% marks.

Experience Required: 15 years for Senior Manager and 4 years for Engineer posts.

Selection includes screening, written/CBT test, interview, medical exam, and document verification.
