NHIDCL is recruiting 100 Associates under the State-Specific Graduate Scheme.
Online applications are open from July 8 to August 5, 2026.
Civil Engineering graduates from IITs, NITs, or NIRF Top 100 colleges can apply.
Fresh graduates and candidates with 0–2 years' experience are eligible.
Final-year students can also apply if they complete their degree before joining.
Maximum age limit is 30 years as on July 6, 2026.
Selected candidates will earn ₹70,000–₹80,000 per month.
Receive a 5% annual increment and extra allowance for Andaman & Nicobar postings.
Selection includes shortlisting, interview, and document verification.
