CBI’s initial investigation found that a handwritten NEET-UG 2026 question paper was digitised and circulated.
The question paper was allegedly scanned and converted into PDF format in Rajasthan.
The development surfaced after NTA cancelled the NEET exam held on May 3.
Investigators believe the paper was first accessed and circulated through Yash Yadav.
The scanned material was allegedly distributed among students through coaching centres in Sikar, Rajasthan.
CBI officials questioned coaching institute staff and owners during the investigation.
Some students reportedly told investigators they paid between ₹2 lakh and ₹5 lakh.
