ITBP Head Constable Recruitment 2026: 37 Posts, Eligibility & Apply Online
37 Vacancies Available — The recruitment includes 16 Education & Stress Counsellor posts and 21 Motor Mechanic posts.
Apply by October 27 — Eligible candidates can submit their applications online through the official ITBP recruitment portal.
Salary Up to ₹81,100 — Selected candidates will receive Level 4 pay of ₹25,500–₹81,100, along with applicable allowances.
Counsellor Eligibility — Candidates need a degree with Psychology or a degree with B.Ed/B.T. or equivalent qualification.
Motor Mechanic Eligibility — Applicants need Class 12 plus a recognised Motor Mechanic certificate with 3 years’ practical experience, or a 3-year Diploma in Automobile Engineering.
Age Limit — Motor Mechanic candidates must be 18–25 years, while Education & Stress Counsellor candidates must be 20–25 years as on October 27, 2026.
Application Fee — General, OBC and EWS candidates pay ₹100; SC, ST and female candidates are exempt.
Selection Process — Eligible candidates receive online admit cards and must produce the required documents for the PET/PST and subsequent selection stages.
