Income Tax Recruitment 2026: 10th Pass Jobs, Salary Up to ₹56,900
Income Tax Department has announced 7 Canteen Attendant vacancies in the Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh region.
Applications are open from August 11 to August 31, 2026, and there is no application fee.
Candidates who have passed Class 10 from a recognised board are eligible to apply.
Applicants must be Indian citizens aged between 18 and 25 years as on August 31, 2026.
Age relaxation will be available for eligible OBC, SC, ST, PwBD, ex-servicemen and government employees.
The selection process includes shortlisting, a written exam, skill test and document verification.
Based on Class 10 marks, 280 candidates will be shortlisted for the written exam—40 candidates for each vacancy.
The written test will have 40 MCQs for 40 marks, with 30 minutes to answer and 0.25 marks negative marking.
Questions will cover English comprehension, Hindi, food and nutrition, mathematics, hygiene and cleanliness.
Shortlisted candidates will face a 60-mark skill test covering food preparation, beverage making, food presentation and cleanliness.
Selected candidates will get Pay Level 1 salary of ₹18,000–₹56,900, plus applicable DA, HRA, TA and other Central Government benefits.
