IBPS RRB Clerk 2026 Registration: Apply from September 1, Exam Dates & Eligibility
Registration Window: Candidates can apply online from September 1 to September 21, 2026.
Recruitment: IBPS RRB CRP-XV will recruit Office Assistants (Multipurpose) along with Officer Scale I, II and III posts.
Eligibility: Applicants for RRB Clerk generally need a bachelor’s degree in any discipline and proficiency in the required local language.

Prelims Pattern: The exam has 80 questions for 80 marks from Reasoning and Numerical Ability, to be completed in 45 minutes.
Negative Marking: Candidates may lose 0.25 marks for every incorrect answer, making accuracy crucial.
Main Exam: The RRB Clerk Main exam will have 200 questions for 200 marks with a duration of 2 hours.
Selection Process: Candidates qualify through Prelims and Main exams, with no interview for the Office Assistant post.
Salary: The basic pay is around ₹19,900, while estimated in-hand salary may be around ₹28,000–₹30,000, depending on posting and allowances.
Application Fee: The expected fee is around ₹175 for SC/ST/PwBD and ₹850 for other candidates; final details will be confirmed by IBPS.
