How to Check EPF Balance on WhatsApp in 5 Easy Steps

Step 1: Send “Hi” from your PF-registered mobile number to +91 87964 41800.

Step 2: Select your preferred language when prompted.

Step 3: Open the menu to find options such as latest PF balance, last five transactions, passbook download and change language.

Step 4: Select “Latest PF Balance” and follow the instructions to request an OTP.

Step 5: Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number to view your PF balance, employee contribution, employer contribution, pension fund balance and latest transaction details.

Download Your PF Passbook: Return to the main menu and select the passbook download option; enter your date of birth in DD-MM-YYYY order to open the PDF, if prompted.

Safety Tip: Verify the WhatsApp number through official EPFO channels before sharing any OTP or account-related information.
