Housing Scheme 2026: 4,000+ Flats, 1, 2 & 3 BHK Options Likely Around Diwali
The Delhi Development Authority is preparing a new housing scheme for homebuyers during the upcoming festive season.
The proposed scheme could include more than 4,000 flats in Narela and other parts of Delhi.
The new housing scheme is expected to offer 1 BHK, 2 BHK and 3 BHK flats for different categories of buyers.
DDA may appoint nodal officers to help manage and coordinate the new housing scheme.
The booking period for the existing Karmayogi Housing Scheme and Nagarik Housing Scheme may also be extended by about one month.
A 25% discount is currently available under both existing schemes, with the present booking period ending in September.
The Karmayogi Housing Scheme offers 1 and 2 BHK flats in Narela and is open to serving and retired government employees.
The Nagarik Awas Yojana includes 616 MIG 2 BHK and 567 HIG flats in Narela’s Pockets 3 and 4.
DDA has not yet announced the new scheme’s final launch date, flat prices or detailed booking conditions; check official updates before applying.
