GATE 2027 Registration Begins August 14: Check Fee, Eligibility & Key Dates

GATE 2027 applications will be available through the official GOAPS portal.

The regular registration deadline is September 21, 2026.

Missed the deadline? Applications can be submitted until September 30 with a late fee.

DigiLocker will be required during GATE 2027 registration — check your details before applying.

Create an account on GOAPS and log in to start your GATE 2027 application.

Candidates must complete a live facial scan and upload their photo, signature and ID proof.

Female, SC, ST and PwD candidates pay ₹1,000 during regular registration.

The regular application fee for other candidates, including foreign nationals, is ₹2,000.

During the extended period, the fee rises to ₹1,500 for eligible reserved categories and ₹2,500 for others.

Keep your photo, signature, valid ID and applicable category or PwD certificates ready before applying.

GATE 2027 exams are scheduled for February 6, 7, 13, 14, 20 and 21, 2027.
