East Coast Railway Recruitment 2026: 1,421 GDCE Posts, Apply Online, Eligibility & Selection
Eligible candidates can apply online through the official RRC Bhubaneswar website.
Registration begins on August 15 and the last date to apply is September 14, 2026.
Assistant Loco Pilot has the highest number of vacancies with 1,046 posts.
The recruitment includes 284 Goods Train Manager and 22 Junior Engineer posts.
There are also 51 Technician, 12 Station Master and 4 Junior Clerk cum Typist vacancies.
The recruitment also includes 2 Commercial Clerk cum Ticket Collector posts.
Selection will include a Computer-Based Test (CBT) followed by applicable aptitude or typing tests.
Shortlisted candidates will undergo Document Verification and Medical Examination as applicable.
CBTs will have 1/3 negative marking for every incorrect answer; there is no negative marking in CBAT.
Minimum qualifying marks are 40% for UR, 30% for OBC and SC, and 25% for ST candidates.
