As the exam is for graduates, you have ample time for preparation
After the 10th, discuss with teaching experts or civils aspirants
Go through the subjects and syllabus in civils
In your college/graduation, you can take some IAS foundational courses to know the pattern, syllabus and difficulty level.
Start reading newspapers daily and practice current affairs test during your free time.
Develop a habit of writing notes on your own.
Start reading IAS reference books, which are not in your 10+2 or degree.
After completing degree, take civils prelims exams. If you qualify, mains exam should be taken.
After mains, personality test will be held.
Selected candidates after the personality test will be allotted civil services.
