BEL Recruitment 2026: Senior Deputy General Manager Posts, Salary Up to ₹2.4 Lakh

Six Vacancies Available — BEL is recruiting 6 Senior Deputy General Managers in the E-VIA grade across multiple locations.

Navy, Army & Air Force Officers — The vacancies include 4 posts for Navy officers, 1 for the Army and 1 for the Air Force.

Posting Locations — Selected candidates may be posted in New Delhi, Visakhapatnam, Mumbai or Karwar, as applicable to the position.

Who Can Apply? — The recruitment is aimed at retired or serving defence officers who can join through absorption or re-employment.

Educational Qualification — Applicants must hold a BE/BTech degree from a recognised institution or university.

Age Limit — As of September 1, 2026, the maximum age is 52 years for General candidates and 55 years for OBC candidates, with applicable relaxations.

Selection Process — Candidates will go through screening, shortlisting, interviews and preparation of the final merit list.

Salary Up to ₹2.40 Lakh — Selected Senior Deputy General Managers can receive ₹90,000 to ₹2,40,000 per month, plus applicable allowances and benefits.
