20 Seconds Touch your thumb to each finger one by one, then reverse the order. Repeat quickly but accurately.

3. Eye Focus Exercise –

20 Seconds Look at a nearby object for 5 seconds, then focus on something far away for 5 seconds. Repeat twice.

4. Quick Memory Challenge –

30 Seconds Look around and remember 5 objects. Close your eyes and name them in order.

5. Cross-Body Movement –

20 Seconds Touch your right hand to your left knee, then left hand to your right knee. Continue at a steady pace.

6. Final Focus Reset –

20 Seconds Sit straight, put away distractions and take three slow breaths while deciding exactly what you will study next.

Tip: Make this a short pre-study routine rather than a replacement for sleep, exercise or regular study breaks.
