Indian woman Harnaz Sandhu has been crowned as Miss Universe 2021.

Harnaz Sandhu is declared as Miss Universe – 2021 event in the Israeli city of Ilat and competed with 80 other winners.

After 21 years, Indian woman was crowned Miss Universe.

Harnaz became the third Indian woman to be crowned Miss Universe after Sushmita Sen and Lara Dutta.

Harnaaz was born in the year 2000 in a Punjabi family in Chandigarh. She holds a degree in Information Technology.

She is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Public Administration.

As a yoga enthusiast, she enjoys horse riding, swimming, dancing, acting and traveling.

She entered into modeling at the age of 17. In 2017, she won the 'Miss Chandigarh' crown.

Harnaz, who is fluent in Hindi, Punjabi and English, got the opportunity to act in movies while modeling aside.
